Removing
  Note
Mark the direction of rotation with chalk or a felt-tip pen before removing the V-ribbed belt. Reversing the rotation direction of an already used belt may destroy it.
   
–  Swing the the tensioning device in -the direction of the arrow- detension the V-ribbed belt.

–  Lock the tensioning element with the locking pin -T10060A-.
–  Remove the release ribbed V-belt.
Install
Installation is performed in the reverse order, pay attention to the following points:
  Note
t  check V-ribbed belt for wear → BookletFabia.
t  Before fitting the V-ribbed belt, make sure that all assemblies (generator, AC compressor) are securely mounted.
t  Check smooth operation of belt pulley and tensioning pulley.
–  Fit the ribbed V-belt.
  N13-10135
–  Release the tensioning device by removing the locking pin -T10060A-.
–  Check correct positioning of the ribbed V-belt on the belt pulleys.
–  Start engine and check belt run.
